Key Performance Areas:
 To ensure timely Environmental Clearance and FC for any new projects and expansion
projects
 Submission all Compliance Report and return (CTO, EC, FC, CGWA, HWM, Battery Waste, E-
Waste,Bio-med Waste) yearly and half yearly to statutory bodies to fulfill the quality objectives,

Responsibilities:
Present: At Rungta Mines Limited (CSP)
• To ensure strict adherence with all the conditions laid in EC, CTE and CTO for operational
integrated plant and expansion project (from 2.88 to 7.01 MTPA). Total area 559.5 Hectare.
• To ensure efficient monitoring and data connectivity to CPCB/SPCB for all air monitoring
location (06 nos. CAAQMS).
• To ensure efficient monitoring and data connectivity to CPCB/SPCB for all stack emission
monitoring system (12 nos. CEMS).
• To ensure efficient monitoring and data connectivity to CPCB/SPCB for on-line ETP (1000
KLD) monitoring system (01 no.).
• To ensure timely installation of new CAAQMS (04 nos.) and CEMS (08 nos.) for the
expansion project before getting CTO
• To ensure renewal of licenses as per SPCB
o To ensure regular preparation and submission of data to SPCB, CGWA,

Monitoring
Ambient Air Monitoring
• Ambient Air Monitoring (PM 10 & PM 2.5, SO2, NOX). Spot measurement by High Volume
Air Sampler & Personal Sampler.
• To ensure efficient monitoring at all air monitoring location on particular interval of time.
• CAAQMS data monitoring and its maintenance.
Stack Monitoring
• To ensure efficient monitoring of Cement Mill Stack, Packer Stack and Wagon Tippler
Stack on timely basis.
• CEMS data monitoring and its maintenance.
• To communicate records with Pollution Control Board on timely basis.
CO2 Monitoring
• To ensure efficient monitoring of CO2 generation (Absolute CO2 & Specific CO2) by our
own on-site vehicle, Rail and DG Set.
Noise Monitoring
• To ensure proper monitoring of noise at 22 location (ambient & work zone) on monthly
basis through a portable noise measurement device and reporting to the concerned
department.
Water Monitoring
• Drinking Water & Ground Water Analysis
• To analyse drinking water quality (IS 10500: 2012) of plant and colony area and reporting to
the State Pollution Control Board.
• Waste Water Analysis
• To analyse waste water quality (COD, BOD, TDS, O&G, pH) of plant and colony area and
reporting to the State Pollution Control Board.
Compliances
• To ensure compliance for all applicable statutes of Air, Water, Noise and Waste Water
• To ensure renewal of licences as per State Pollution Control Board
o To ensure regular preparation and submission of data to State Pollution Control
Board, State Water Investigation Department, Central Pollution Control Board and
Ministry of Environment and Forest.
o To follow up and liaison with local and state authorities for licences, authorizations
