1.Magnum Ventures Ltd is an ISO 9001-2000 certified company working in the writing, printing & duplex board paper having production around 85000 TPA. Company has Captive thermal power plant of capacity 6.7 M.W. With Triveni Turbines (4.5 & 2.2 M.W.), 31 TPH 65 kg/cm² 490ºC Thermax make AFBC Boiler, Coal Handling System, Ash Handling System (Mecawber Beekay), R.O. Plant & auxiliaries.

2.Sathyam Power Pvt. Ltd. is a company which supply the power to Rajasthan Electricity board.

Company has thermal power plant of capacity   10MW. with Siemens make turbine & 50 TPH 

Boiler with working pressure & temp. 65 kg/cm2, 485ºC WIL make Travelling Grate Boiler.

3.GLOBUS SPIRITS LTD. is a 160 KLPD Grain based distillery which have captive power plants of capacity 3.0 MW & 830 KW with Triveni and Maxwatt make turbine & 25 TPH & 14 TPH Boiler with working pressure & temp. 67 kg/cm2, 490ºC and 23 kg/cm2 ,300 DegC CHEEMA make AFBC Boiler.

4.AADHAR GREEN INDUSTRIES LLP.  Is a 120 KLPD GRAIN BASED ETHENOL PLANT which have captive power plant of capacity 3.0 MW with SIEMENS make turbine and 25 TPH Boiler with working pressure & temp. 67 kg/cm2 , 485 DegC UTTAM ENERGY make AFBC Boiler . I have competed its all erection and commissioning activities successfully with in time.

• JOB PROFILE: -

1. To Manage Operation & Maintenance of overall Power Plant including Utilities like RO, DM, Fuel & Ash Handling.
2. To manage overall maintenance of distillation ,liquefaction ,fermentation ,dryer , decanter , milling ,pre-cleaner ,cooling towers ,Peso , Non Peso ,PCTP .
3. Team Management, Vendor Management, & Material Management with ERP System.
4. Responsible of all work with safety and PPEs.
5. Capex & Opex Management, Annual Budgeting including R&M, Preventive Maintenance.
6. Reporting, Direct to GM Engineering, and Indirect to Vice President.
7. To manage all the parameters as per the required by Production (Distillery) Process.
8. To Prepare & Manage all the related documentation work.
9. To oversee compliance with plant & Govt policies and procedure.
10. To manage all inspection activities related to boiler.
11. Effectively communicate with Engineers, supervisor and other departments on a technical level.

B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from RAJ KUMAR GOEL INSTITUTE OF     TECHNOLOGY Ghaziabad (ISO 9001-2000 Certified) affiliated to U P Technical University, Lucknow (U.P) Approved by AICTE with First div in 2007 with 67% marks.

BOE CERTIFIED from Assam Boiler Board.
