We are Travelxploria, a prominent travel service provider headquartered in Kolkata, with a branch office in Mumbai. Our expertise extends to diverse travel and tourism needs, including FIT, GIT, MICE, and Air Ticketing services for our valued clients. In a remarkably short duration, we have established ourselves as a highly reliable tour operator within the local markets. Our primary focus lies in the leisure travel sector, where we excel.

We have very urgent requirement of candidates who have sound knowledge of sales and marketing in Travel Agencies.

It is an office job.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop, build, and manage existing as well as new clients.
• Prospect new clients via calls, direct mail, email and networking events.
• Handling customer inquiries in daily basis.
• Follow up on leads generated through advertisement.
• Preparation of Travel Itineraries / Packages.
• Strategy formulation for targeting new markets for prospective business generation.
• Product development and marketing of new products, such as Holiday packages.
• Contracting with Hotels and resorts.
• Vendor and supplier management.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and community events to help promote the corporate program.
• Responsible for managing and handling company CRM and database.

SKILLS

• Fluent in English, Hindi and any regional language.
• Good email writing.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good communication skills.
