About the Role
upervise daily production processes in the water bottling plant. Ensure smooth functioning of filling, labeling, and packaging machinery. Monitor production schedules and output to meet operational targets. Maintain quality standards as per BIS, FSSAI, and ISO certifications. Manage inventory of raw materials, bottles, caps, and labels. Coordinate with the maintenance team for timely servicing of equipment. Maintain safety and hygiene standards in the production area. Prepare daily production reports and share with management. Train and monitor production staff for improved efficiency. Ensure compliance with plant safety regulations and industry standards.
