About the Role
Conduct daily market visits and manage a predefined set of retail outlets (approx. 30 per day) according to journey plans.
Identify and convert new and dry outlets, ensuring consistent coverage and execution.
Execute cooler and in-store merchandising: position fridges/display units strategically, maintain hygiene, execute FEFO rotation.
Implement brand activation campaigns, in-store marketing displays, and promotional materials per Coca‑Cola standards.
Ensure stock availability, collect pre-sell orders, coordinate with route sales teams to fulfill outlet requirements.
Submit daily market reports, collect feedback, and update managers on SKU availability and outlet performance.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships with shopkeepers, offering updates on schemes, products, and rates.
