With a team of 140+ brilliant individuals from around the world, we are actively shaping Yepoda's story every day.As our Senior Trade Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that promote Yepoda within the retail and B2B environment, with a strong focus on Sephora. Your role is to ensure strong brand visibility, commercial performance, and consistent execution across all retailer touchpoints.Your TasksOwn and drive trade marketing strategy with a strong focus on Sephora across EuropeDevelop and execute launch plans, retail activations, and promotional strategies that ensure standout presence in store and onlineWork closely with Key Account Managers to develop and implement retailer specific campaigns and activation plansPartner with our in house Creative team on in store displays, VM guidelines, POS materials, and retail storytellingEnsure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all retail touchpointsSupport sell in and sell through by equipping sales teams with tools, materials, and commercial argumentsAssist in product training and education for retail staff to elevate brand knowledge and advocacyConduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiationTrack, report, and optimise trade marketing performance, ensuring strong ROI and alignment with commercial KPIsYour Profile4+ years of experience working with Sephora in Europe in a trade marketing, retail marketing, or brand activation capacityStrong understanding of Sephora’s retail model, activation mechanics, VM requirements, promotional calendar, and commercial KPIsBackground in trade marketing, brand management, or retail marketing within beauty or lifestyle brandsExperience managing retailer relationships and close collaboration with Key Account Managers and sales teamsStrong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple retail timelines simultaneouslyExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsImpeccable attention to detail and high execution standardsPatient, diplomatic, and professional in external retail relationshipsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environmentFluent in English; French is a strong plus.
