About the Role
Your RoleWe are looking for an Intern or Working Student ProductOps (f/m/d) to join our team at the heart of process optimization. Our mission is to make every process connected to Operations and Relationship Management – in short, everything that touches our clients – more efficient through partial or full automation.In this role, you will support ongoing projects across the team, analyze process journeys end to end, identify where workflows break or slow down, and build automations that make work easier for everyone involved – not just for one team at the expense of another. You will work hands-on with tools like n8n and AI-powered workflows, and gain first-hand experience in how a leading fintech turns manual processes into scalable, intelligent systems.This is not an administrative role: it is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys digging into processes, data, and new technologies.What exactly will you do?Support the team on process optimization projects, from research and documentation to hands-on implementationAnalyze business processes end to end to identify errors, friction, and automation potentialDesign and build automations (e.g. in n8n) to partially or fully automate Operations and Relationship Management workflowsBring in new ideas on how AI can improve the way we work and support the team in adopting themLook into data where needed to understand how processes actually performWhat you bringYou are currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Operations, Business Informatics, Project Management, or a related field – ideally with a relevant specializationYou have a genuine affinity for technology: you don't need to code, but you enjoy digging into technical topics and figuring out how things workYou actively use AI tools, can demonstrate hands-on experience, and are eager to bring new ideas to the tableYou have a first understanding of what automations and workflows are – experience with platforms like n8n, Make, or Zapier is a plusYou have a strong eye for detail and enjoy analyzing processes and data from A to ZYou have very good English skills; German is a plusYou will be successful in this role ifYou want to make organizations more efficient. You are motivated by eliminating friction and improving how teams work – for everyone, not just for one person.You are curious about the details. You enjoy looking at an entire process journey, understanding every step, and asking where it can be improved.You work independently. You figure things out on your own and aren't afraid to explore topics nobody has mapped out for you yet.You take ownership.
