About YouWe're looking for an Associate GTM Recruiter who is competitive, curious, and hungry to become exceptional at recruiting. You'll bring that same mindset to how we hire.Most of your time will go to sourcing and outreach: finding great people for our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams and getting them excited to talk to us.

You'll also own a smaller funnel of candidates from start to finish, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing offers. It was founded by Eli Finkelshteyn and Dan McCormick who still lead the company today.About the PositionYou'll support hiring for Constructor's GTM teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.

You'll work closely with the Talent team and GTM leaders, learn the craft of recruiting hands-on, and take on more ownership as you grow.What you'll do:Keep our pipeline in Ashby accurate and moving: advance candidates through stages, keep the data clean, and call out anything that's stuckSchedule and coordinate interviews across hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates in multiple time zonesGive every candidate clear, timely communication and a great experience, even when volume is highSpot friction in the hiring process early and suggest a fix, rather than waiting for someone else to catch itUse AI every day to draft outreach, summarize interview notes, and speed up research. We build AI products, and we use them tooHelp source and screen candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools like Claude and Juicebox, and our own hiring dataRequirements0-2 years of experience in recruiting, sales, or another candidate- or client-facing role. SDR/BDR experience is a strong plusComfortable doing a high volume of outreach and following up until you get a responseHighly organized, catching what's off before it becomes a problemStrong written communication, from candidate emails to hiring manager updatesTrustworthy with sensitive compensation and candidate informationLow ego and high curiosity.
