About the Role
Recruitment & Onboarding:Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.

Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements.
Administrative Support:
Oversee office management tasks, including procurement, facility maintenance, and vendor coordination.
Organize company events and meetings, ensuring smooth execution.
